Andrew, being the thoughtful guy that he is, was kind enough to invite me to go along with his family down to Baltimore for the day. Of course, I could argue that he owed me one, after taking him to a Phils game, but I won't go there. We headed down early and met up with Wes, Steve, and Fiona, all Virginia Tech buddies with Andrew. We did about four laps around the Inner Harbor before finally getting to Camden Yards to watch the O's. I've never seen batting practice before, and never realized the exhilaration of reaching for a dinger, then immediately turning around before the next one comes and smacks you in the face.
